A Note From Donte Curtis
Hello my name is Donte Curtis, Founder of Catch Your Dream Consulting. I inspire and train individuals and teams, nationwide, on leadership, racial equity, anti-racism, and making change. I bring 17 years of facilitation and speaking experience with an expectation of getting you energized, taking practical action, and finding hope for a better tomorrow. I am so glad you are here to learn more about CYD!
I started CYD Consulting as a way to connect with others and provide services that are centered around each person and their journey towards equity. Whether it involves an all-staff training, a keynote at your next event, or policy-building work with your organization, I can promise you three things: You will be energized to start and maintain your progress toward diversity, equity, and inclusion work. You will be inspired to take practical action. Finally, you will leave feeling hopeful that your goals are achievable.

We believe in framing the conversation and starting with our hearts however, every workshop, keynote or experience will have practical action steps you and your teams can take. Practical action both now and long term is how we get to liberation and justice

We all need hope on our justice journeys. Our experiences are designed to inspire you to find hope. We know if you committed to justice, you will be met with resistance roadblocks and rejection. Hope is one of the ingredients that sustained our ancestors and finding it for ourselves will sustain us when things get hard.
